Graduate Studies Scholarship Available to Developing Country Nationals COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - SIPA Admissions Blog Applications to the the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJWBGSP) open tomorrow, February 22, 2018. This scholarship offers tuition, a monthly living stipend, round-trip airfare, health insurance, and a travel allowance. The program is open to anyone from developing countries with professional experience and a history of supporting their countries’ development efforts who are applying to a master degree program in a development-related topic. There is a list of eligibility criteria, which you can view here. One big requirement: obtaining a masters degree from a preferred or partner institution, Lucky enough, SIPA is one of those schools!
